Excellent customer service. Rearranged rescheduled tickets due to COVID, very accommodating and helpful offering a refund if the new dates were not suitable.
After booking tickets for an exhibition, a medical issue meant I was unable to attend - contacted customer service and Janet Mason was only too happy to help. Tickets exchanged for my first choice alternative at no extra cost. Really impressed with the speed of response too. Wish all companies operated like this.

After some confusion with rescheduled events I wasn’t sure which date my tickets were now valid for. I sent a Twitter DM and received a very fast response which was very helpful as they were able to check and confirm my order number with the new date and resend the confirmation email I was missing. Very helpful!
Always had a good experience with ATG. Latest is due to a senior moment when I booked same event twice by accident. Issue resolved, I’d asked for a credit note. Then when making a booking for some reason it didn’t accept credit note but I booked anyway. Contacted ATG via email and Janet resolved and sent refund for credit note value. Must be a nightmare at moment for ATG but we have always been well informed about what is happening and issues resolved .
I needed to change the dates I booked so I sent a email and Emma replied straight away and changed the date for me. Quick and efficient!!

I contacted ATG on Facebook regarding a postponed date for a show. Cherelle helped throughout (having the some person throughout an enquiry is SO helpful), replied promptly, super friendly and sorted everything out within 24 hours. Please let Cherelle know she’s doing an awesome job!
Purchased tickets for show which I later found out had been cancelled 3 days earlier. ATG held onto the money for a month and withheld their transaction fee. Shockingly inconsistent responses from customer support including some nonsense about following STAR code of practice. Not surprised to read they are the subject of a refund scandal (artsprofessional.co.uk)
I accepted a voucher rather than a refund last year and have just got round to rebooking my tickets for Come From Away.
Unfortunately when booking on line I find that my voucher is only for the cost of tickets - not the VIP experience originally included. My original tickets were up in the Dress Circle; we are now down at the back of the Orchestral Stalls. The VIP experience is now attached to a vastly increased price and does not seem to relate to the one we were going to enjoy.
Disappointed the original deal has not been honoured and will not be booking for any ATG shows in the future.
Getting accessible tickets for myself and my girlfriend who is my carer.
NATASHA, was brilliant, helped me figure out the best seats for my needs.

Hi Neil,
I can see that on 18/02/21 you received an email from us which advised that, once your refund has been processed your bank or payment service may take up to a further 7-14 days to recognise the payment. Six days have elapsed since then, please rest assured that you will receive your refund.
